The House:

Located in the Carova Beach area, 8 miles north of the end of the paved road (Route 12 which runs north and south through the Outer Banks area) and just over half a mile from the beach as the crow flies.

The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 9 to 11 people, 3 full baths, a great room/kitchen, den and laundry room. The sleeping configuration is: a loft master bedroom (acessable by a circular stairs) with a queen, a bedroom on the main level with a queen and a nook with bunk beds, a bedroom down stairs that has a full and a single, and a futon sleep slofa in the den.

The house sits at the junction of the canal with the bay and is considered soundfront. It offers a great view and easy access to both the bay and the peaceful canal. The boat dock includes a cleaning stand and provides a great spot for fishing or for just dangling your feet in the water.

Pets are welcome with an additional fee.
